We're a small shop. We collect only what we need to answer your question, quote your job, and ship your order. Here is exactly what that means.
Effective July 18, 2026.
What we collect
There are only three places on this site where you give us information:
- The contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message.
- The quote tool: your name, email address, any notes about the job, and the 3D model files you upload.
- Store checkout: payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your order details, contact information, and shipping address. We never see your card number; that stays with Stripe.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare your quote, and fulfill your order. That's the whole list. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for marketing.
Where your information lives
Contact and quote submissions are delivered to our email inbox (sent through Resend, an email delivery service). Uploaded 3D model files are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage so we can open them and price your job. Payment details live with Stripe. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles routine server logs.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. The shopping cart lives in your own browser's storage (localStorage) on your device; it never gets sent to us until you actually check out.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your question, quote your job, or fulfill and support your order. After that, we'll delete it whenever you ask.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
